Job Description:\

As a skilled laborer, you will work in conjunction with a team to complete gardening, grounds maintenance, and site clean-ups for commercial customers. Your tasks will include working alongside supported employees in completing gardening and grounds work, ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of tools and equipment, taking a proactive role in workplace safety, and maintaining accurate records such as timesheets and work orders.


Key Responsibilities:\
  • Work collaboratively with supported employees to complete gardening and grounds work.
  • Maintain and operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Take responsibility for your own safety and that of your colleagues.
  • Accurately maintain records of your work hours and other job-related documents.

Requirements:\
  • A positive attitude towards working with people with disabilities is essential.
  • Be willing to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions.
  • Effective communication skills and a strong work ethic are required.
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment is advantageous, but not necessarily a requirement.
  • Possession of a current valid driver's license (preferably LR) is an advantage.
