Job Title: Daily Operations Supervisor

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing best practices in the mine control room and ensuring compliance with our weekly and monthly mine plans. You will work collaboratively across all areas of the mining operation to maximize the effective use of mine technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily execution planning team to ensure compliance with the weekly and monthly mine plan.
  • Coach team members in the effective management and optimization of the Autonomous Mining Fleet.
  • Interface across all areas of the mining operation to maximize the effective use of mine technology solutions with the focus on the safe and efficient operation of the fleet.
  • Provide leadership and direction to diverse, cross-functional, multi-vendor technology teams in delivering on the technology roadmap.
  • Provide direct coaching and mentoring of the Mine Control team to deliver efficient use of Autonomy on site to global best-practice standards.
  • Evaluate system configuration options to resolve the best setup for the site to achieve goals and provide training to ensure consistent operations across all teams.
  • Ensure key safety and efficiency performance indicators are achieved.
  • Align site processes to global standard methodologies and head the change process to update as needed.
  • Facilitate the transfer of mining systems knowledge to site-based leadership.
  • Drive and support cross-site collaboration with peers to ensure alignment and transfer of knowledge across the business.
  • Provide input into the deployment of technology solutions at the site level.
