Customer Service Representative Opportunity

City FM Australia provides world-leading facilities management, engineering, and energy solutions. This role offers an enthusiastic and motivated customer service representative the chance to join a fast-paced professional team.

This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity working Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm. You will have the opportunity to work in a custom-designed modern building with free on-site secure parking.

  • Effectively manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Resolve, manage, and escalate problems logged by customers
  • Capture data accurately and work towards realistic KPIs
  • Provide exceptional service by building relationships and rapport with customers

You will be required to:

  • Have at least 12 months of experience working on a helpdesk or call centre
  • Have a strong focus on customer service
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Attend two weeks of on-site paid training
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a customer-focused individual who can effectively communicate with customers. A strong attention to detail and ability to work towards realistic KPIs are also essential.
