Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our People and Culture team. As the P&C Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting staff, driving business growth, and implementing people strategies that align with organisational goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who brings both strategic insight and a hands-on approach to HR management. You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Human Resources function, including:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Performance management and learning development
- Employee relations and compliance
You will champion a culture of inclusivity, wellbeing, and continuous improvement activities such as auditing and risk management across the organisation. You will partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate significant experience in HR leadership, preferably within the not-for-profit or community services sectors. You will have sound knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation, including in the context of an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.
You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. You will possess proactive problem-solving abilities, integrity, and a commitment to ethical practice. You will also be able to lead with empathy, inspire trust, and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
