We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Parts Interpreter to join our team. The successful candidate will work with customers to identify spare parts and process sales, utilizing strong customer service skills and mechanical knowledge.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Responding to incoming parts requests
  • Coordinating and communicating with the service technicians and workshop staff
  • Processing quotes and orders
  • Coordinating deliveries and supply
  • Performing other general duties as required
  • Forklift operating

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in spare parts and sales operations
  • Mechanically minded
  • Prior EWP industry experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills (ERP experience with SAP or similar)
