Home Care Worker - Dari Speaking Required

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker who speaks Dari to provide support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality care to clients, including personal care, in-home respite, domestic support, and transport.
  • Provide companionship and engage with clients to promote their independence and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak Dari fluently.
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability, or nursing student.
  • Valid Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • First Aid Certificate (within 3 years).
  • CPR Certificate (within 1 year).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Compassionate, dedicated, reliable, honest, ethical, and willing to learn.

About the Role:
