Project Manager Opportunity

Join a dynamic team in the management of complex infrastructure projects. Your key role will be to develop and maintain cost plans, monitor project performance, and provide financial guidance to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing realistic cost forecasts to support cash flow evaluations.
  • Preparing monthly cost reports to analyse project performance and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies.
  • Reviewing and providing assurance on cost estimates prepared by others.
  • Using cost management databases to track actual project progress and expenditure against budgeted costs.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience in project cost management, preferably in a major infrastructure or rail project delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of cost management procedures and processes.
  • Ability to develop and maintain robust cost forecasts and manage budgets effectively.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as PMI or Prince2.

This is a fixed term opportunity until 31st April 2027 with a salary range of $142,178 + Super to $159,238 + Super. Flex Time and Leave Loading are also offered.
