About the Role

A skilled Clinical Lead Nurse will join our team, playing a vital role in the delivery of exceptional care and support to our residents. On a typical day, you'll:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating clinical excellence and promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Promote health and wellness initiatives to improve the overall well-being of our residents.

You'll be an experienced Registered Nurse with leadership expertise in clinical care, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and excellent communication skills. You'll also have:

  • A passion for aged care and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of older adults.
  • Leadership experience in clinical care, including developing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • A Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
  • Strong documentation skills and knowledge of ANAAC (Australian National Aged Care Accreditation Agency) standards.

Please note that this is a full-time position based in our aged care facility. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $95,000 per annum, plus superannuation and benefits.
