Clinical Forensic Specialist

You will work on challenging cases with people who have histories of violent and sexual offending, contributing significantly to reducing reoffending and enhancing community safety.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough clinical interviews to determine suitable treatment pathways for individuals with complex requirements
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment interventions using sophisticated assessment tools
- Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, including treatment plans, treatment reports, and risk assessments
- Customized induction programs tailored to new clinical staff, covering foundational knowledge, theoretical frameworks, and hands-on training
- Access to national and international experts in the field of forensic psychology
- Ongoing support and supervision from senior clinical staff, including day-to-day guidance
