We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in Victoria. As a clinician, you will work on complex cases with individuals who have histories of violent and sexual offending. Your role will involve delivering best-practice forensic intervention in a correctional environment.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a registered Mental Health Nurse to contribute to reducing re-offending and making the community safer. You will be working within the Risk-Needs-Responsivity model, providing individualised services including comprehensive assessments, clinical interviews, treatment interventions, and treatment programs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a wide range of individualised services, including risk assessments, clinical interviews, treatment interventions, and treatment programs
- Prepare treatment plans, treatment reports, and risk assessment reports for internal and external stakeholders
To apply for this role, you must be registered as a Mental Health Nurse with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses. A current driver licence is also required.
