We are seeking a skilled Senior SharePoint Administrator to join our team.
As a Senior SharePoint Administrator, you will be responsible for the governance and maintenance of SharePoint Online and associated technologies.
- Administer and maintain existing Digital and ICT Strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on SharePoint administration and related technologies.
- Support approved solutions within SharePoint Online and administer the departments Intranet and records management platform.
- Perform additional duties including service delivery queue management, change management, end-user training and health checks/reporting.
- SharePoint Online Administration MS Certification.
- 2+ years' experience as a SharePoint administrator/M365 administrator role.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, Power BI, PowerShell, Office 365 and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of the SharePoint admin center, SharePoint and Power Automate workflows, and MS forms.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.
- 2+ years' working experience in an APS setting (preferably within a technology/records management role).
- Character clearance.
- Employee Health Declaration.
- Six months probationary period.
- Ability to obtain Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance.
