Overview

Regis Aged Care, a leading provider of aged care services, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Care Team Leader to join our team at Regis Kuluin on the Sunshine Coast.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity, working 38 hours per week, across Monday to Sunday. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will lead and manage clinical and allied health services, providing and coordinating resident care under the direction of the Clinical Care Manager.

You will be responsible for coordinating assessments and evaluations of individual resident care, acting as a resource for staff, performing competency assessments, and contributing to staff training.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of nursing practices and legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in the delivery of high-standard person-centred resident care, prioritising social, emotional, spiritual, and recreational needs.
  • Coordinate comprehensive completion of individual holistic assessments and care plans, evaluating care in line with Regis policies and within scope of practice.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation, adhering to Regis policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with the Clinical Care Manager to ensure resident care outcomes are met.
Requirements
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Nursing)
  • Obtained proficiency and qualifications necessary to perform work at this level.
  • Knowledge and experience in clinical services in complex nursing and/or aged care settings.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy.
