Job Description: As a Mental Health Triage Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for individuals accessing mental health services. Your primary role will be to assess patients' needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health nursing
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical triage, assessment, and communication skills
