About the Role: Austcorp Executive Recruitment PTY Ltd is seeking a results-driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee their Northern Sydney/Central Coast region.

A key aspect of this role is to develop and implement regional strategies, plans, and budgets. This will involve leading, mentoring, and inspiring Village Managers and operational teams to drive business performance and enhance resident satisfaction while enjoying a supportive and collaborative workplace.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, hospitality, or a related field, as well as proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations. They should also possess strong financial management, budget oversight, and performance reporting skills, with expertise in property and asset management, preferably in senior living or hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement regional strategies, plans, and budgets.
  2. Lead, mentor, and inspire Village Managers and operational teams.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  4. Drive resident satisfaction, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
  5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-focused service.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, hospitality, or a related field.
  2. Proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations.
  3. Strong financial management, budget oversight, and performance reporting.
  4. Expertise in property and asset management, preferably in senior living or hospitality.
  5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
