Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Hunter Valley Private Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's commitment to excellence in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Ensure patient and staff safety through effective risk management and quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise and direct nursing team members to deliver high-quality patient care
- Deliver education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being
