This is a hybrid role based in our Head Office where you will play a key role in managing tax and financial reporting requirements. You'll be responsible for preparing and reviewing income and indirect tax returns, managing regulatory filings, supporting audits, and maintaining compliance with Canadian tax legislation.

About the Role

You will:

  • Maintain compliance with Canadian tax legislation, including preparation of income and indirect tax returns, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • Prepare regulatory filings and responses to requests from government agencies (e.g., Statistics Canada).
  • Review tax assessments, document tax positions, and support the business on income and indirect sales tax matters.
  • Support audits and respond to tax authority inquiries, working with internal teams and external advisors as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of tax returns, including income and indirect tax returns, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce with a concentration in Finance or Accounting.
  • Completion of CPA designation and CPA In-Depth Tax Program.
  • 4+ years of experience in tax, accounting, or audit roles (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
