Financial Reporting Specialist - Sustainability Expert

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Specialist - Sustainability Expert to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for combining financial reporting expertise with a strong passion for sustainability to help guide business decisions and drive environmental impact.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain key financial reports, including leadership packs, P&L variance reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process by liaising with department leads, uploading and validating data, and checking for accuracy.
  • Maintain data accuracy across financial systems and work closely with internal teams to ensure reliable reporting sources.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Essential Skills:
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, variance analysis, and budget support.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like B Corp or Climate Active is a plus.
  • Thrives on accuracy, attention to detail, and delivering clear, insightful reports that support decision-making.
  • Communicates clearly and can work cross-functionally with teams across finance, operations, and sales.
  • Is comfortable working with multiple systems and tools — advanced Excel skills are essential.
