The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is seeking highly motivated graduates to join its Graduate Program. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced supervisors to develop your skills in quantitative data analysis using industry-standard software.
You will be part of a team that aims to provide evidence-based policy advice to support Australia's workforce and skill needs. The program offers formal and on-the-job training, as well as opportunities for professional development and networking.
To be eligible, applicants must be Australian citizens, have completed their university degree within the last five years, and be prepared to obtain baseline security clearance. The department will guide you through the process of obtaining your clearance as part of your onboarding process.
The graduate program covers a range of areas, including data collection and management, performance reporting and program evaluation, compliance and assurance, and economics. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
As a graduate in this program, you will gain valuable experience and skills in data analysis, policy development, and project management. You will also have the opportunity to network with other graduates and professionals in the field.
We are looking for graduates from a wide range of disciplines who are enthusiastic, motivated, and willing to learn and innovate. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are highly valued.
