We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to fill a permanent, full-time Undergraduate Cadet position.

This role is ideal for a 3rd or 4th year student studying towards a qualification in Construction who is looking to gain hands-on experience and take on more responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Issuing purchase orders and invoice reconciliation
  • Assisting with the management of subcontractors, including preparation of packages, scope of works and procurement
  • Document Control
  • Progress claims and variation preparation and management
  • Project coordination
  • Management, review and tracking of project expenditure
  • Administration of RFI's

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time
  • Australian working rights
