Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Centre Manager/Educational Leader who can create a vibrant and engaging learning environment for children to thrive in.

The successful candidate will lead our 30+ team of dedicated Educators, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs that cater to the needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of educational programs and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organisational goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant Bachelor degree as recognised by ACECQA (desirable)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role
  • Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
  • Working with Children's Check (Employer)
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Victorian Early Years Learning Framework (VEYLF)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational skills, ambition, passion and confidence
  • Demonstrated experience with leading exceeding A&R
