Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring seamless delivery of services and activities.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve exceptional customer service and operational standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with a strong track record of delivering results and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate.
  • National Police Check.
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate is desirable.
