Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing construction team on complex commercial projects. As a seasoned Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from groundworks to final handover.

The Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic direction, mentor junior staff, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Your expertise in structural management, safety compliance, and stakeholder engagement will be invaluable in driving project performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct site operations across multiple project stages
  • Ensure program delivery meets quality, safety, and commercial expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and client representatives
  • Mentor and develop Site Managers, Supervisors, and junior staff
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to drive performance
  • Ensure compliance with company health and safety systems and relevant legislation
  • Provide accurate reporting, progress updates, and strategic input to the leadership team
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale commercial builds
  • Strong understanding of structural management - concrete, steel, and framing systems
  • Certificate or Diploma in Building & Construction
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects in the $20M-$50M range
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian building codes, safety, and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
