Heavy Haulage Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Haulage Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for safely transporting bulk materials across mine sites and remote routes using triple and quad road trains.

About the Role :

  • Safely operate heavy haulage vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct daily pre-start checks and maintain your vehicle to a high standard.
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring each load is delivered safely and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and delivery times.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for vehicle maintenance and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • A current and valid Commercial Driver's License with appropriate endorsements.
  • A Commercial Drivers Fatigue Management Certificate (validity within 2 years)
  • National Police Clearance
  • Proven experience as a Heavy Haulage Operator – carting triple side tippers and self-loading with a front-end loader.
  • Experience operating in an on-road and off-road environment.
  • Knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices.
