Job Opportunity:

The Talent Acquisition Lead is a pivotal role that involves providing end-to-end talent acquisition services across one of our biggest divisions.

You will report into an experienced Head of People and work closely with the team to attract, engage, and retain top talent. This will involve developing and implementing creative attraction strategies, utilising multiple mediums such as specialised job boards, LinkedIn, Seek, and your own network.

In addition to attracting talent, you will also have the opportunity to work on process improvements, whether this be updating interview guides, using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in a more effective manner, or working on diversity and inclusion projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the Talent Acquisition function and make a real impact on our business.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a similar Senior Talent Acquisition role, preferably within healthcare
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence
  • Great systems knowledge, preferably having used Page Up and Taleo
  • Prior usage of LinkedIn Recruiter
