Are you an experienced housekeeper looking for your next role?

Situated in lovely Ballina, we have 2 motels in central Ballina operating under Cherry Sports Group. We pride ourselves on giving back to community which has seen us being the proud winners of the 2021 Clubs and Community Awards and the 2023 Club and Community Awards for fostering grassroots sports. Additionally, we have been recognized as winners of the 2023 Northern Rivers Regional Business Awards.

We are seeking a proactive housekeeper to work within our fun and dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of cleaning and customer service are provided to our guests at all times. Our teams start at 8.30am each day and work until each room is cleaned or made up, usually 3-5 hours per shift.

Your usual day would look like

- Being a part of the daily operations, ensuring exceptional standard of presentation of our venues.
- Fostering the positive and productive workplace environment that we all enjoy.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Being a part of a team of housekeepers that ensures seamless service delivery.

About you

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate

- Proven experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality industry or a desire to start.
- Great problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering high standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
