Australian Payroll Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Australian Payroll Expert to join our cross-functional product development team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development of our Australian payroll product, ensuring it meets local regulations and compliance requirements.
About the Role:
You will work closely with our product development team to turn complex payroll concepts into clear, actionable features and workflows. Your expertise in Australian payroll regulations and compliance will be instrumental in shaping our product strategy. You will also act as the voice of our Australian customers, gathering insights and feedback to advocate for their needs across the business.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a solid understanding of Australian payroll rules, processes, and pain points. You will have hands-on experience working in or with a payroll software, ideally within a fast-paced Agile SaaS development environment. You will be highly self-motivated and proactive, always looking for ways to contribute, collaborate, and move projects forward.
