Job Title: Dental Assistant

At 1300SMILES, we're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical chairside assistance to our dentists, ensuring a smooth and efficient treatment process.
  • Ensure excellent patient care and management, including discussing treatment plans and addressing patient concerns.
  • Maintain high standards of sterilization and infection control processes.
  • Manage stock and supplies, ensuring our practice is well-equipped to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and hygienic clinical environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not essential; we're happy to train the right candidate.
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or currently pursuing it) is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
