Lead Data Analyst Job Opportunity

A collaborative team with a diverse set of skills and experience is seeking a talented Lead Data Analyst to drive business forward.

In this position, you will be part of a team leveraging our shared data asset, one of Australia's largest retail data sets. You will need to be comfortable digging into the details of Wesfarmers data and finding key insights that drive our business forward.

You will develop business-relevant hypotheses and understand how to validate them, identify key actionable data insights, and translate them into clear business recommendations.

  • Work in an agile manner delivering key insights continually to the business and incorporating feedback to refine your data analysis.
  • Create business enthusiasm and demand for the use of analytics through effective communication and translation of analytical techniques into commercial concepts.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience as a data and analytics professional with a proven track record in developing and business use of analytics technology and working with large & complex data sets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage and influence business users.
