Job Opportunity: Onsite Services Coordinator

The role involves providing quality, timely, first level, on-site response to issues arising from the day-to-day operation of the device fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Escalate unresolved issues or those failing service level agreements
  • Maintain device fleet at optimal operational condition
  • Manage consumables distribution for both Canon and third party devices
  • Maximise fleet availability and uptime

Additional responsibilities include reporting, stakeholder engagement, software call logging, and asset management.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service experience in a service industry or retail environment

Ability to work solutions and resolve issues in a timely manner

Team player with excellent communication skills
