Are you looking to take your real estate career to the next level? As a Senior Associate in our Real Estate & Development team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where you can grow and develop your skills.

Our team is responsible for advising clients on a wide range of commercial development projects, including office towers, industrial facilities, build-to-rent projects, mixed-use precincts, and renewable energy projects. We work closely with our Partners and lawyers across all of our offices to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and interesting transactions, gaining exposure to various jurisdictions and practice areas. You will also be able to specialise in areas that interest you, while building a strong foundation across your field.

The role involves:

  • Advising clients on significant commercial development projects
  • Assisting in acquisitions and disposals of assets
  • Working on sale and leaseback transactions
  • Providing advice on tourist resorts and mixed-use developments and operations
  • Assisting in joint venture and co-ownership arrangements
  • Lease negotiation and management
  • Real estate aspects of M&A transactions
  • General real estate issues such as subdivisions and financing

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in a Real Estate team within a reputable law firm
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
