About the Role
  • Lead a team of maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Develop and implement schedules and task prioritization to achieve timely completion of garden maintenance activities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to enhance horticultural skills and safety practices within the team.
  • Maintain high-quality garden areas by regularly inspecting and implementing corrective actions as needed.
About You
  • Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or at least 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience within the industry.
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • A current White Card certification.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • An excellent team player with strong communication skills.
