About Our Team Leader Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced team leader to join our gardening maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gardeners, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our gardening team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of gardens to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent experience.
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
