Mental Health Services Leader

This role supports the Clinical Director in delivering clinical services and contributes to service evaluation, research and planning.
The position involves providing clinical leadership, high-quality clinical services and contributing to operational and managerial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality clinical services to patients
- To contribute to service evaluation, research and planning
- To work closely with the Clinical Director and other members of the management team
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A strong background in psychiatry, with a focus on adult mental health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A valid driver's licence
- Ability to participate in the on-call and recall rosters for after-hours work
- Agree to uphold the terms and conditions of employment
