Compassionate Support Worker Wanted

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality care to our elderly clients in their own homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general home help services, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Additionally, they will assist clients with personal care needs, such as bathing and dressing, and support them with mobility and therapy goals.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent care and is able to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. If you are a caring and empathetic person who enjoys working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, we would like to hear from you.

Key Requirements
  • Experience in a similar professional role, preferably in aged care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

In addition, the successful candidate will need to have a current Open class Australian Driver's Licence and their own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
