We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Representative to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and services to our customers, ensuring their secure power needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of field service tasks, including installations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting, to ensure the efficient operation of our customers' secure power systems.
- Collaborate with other technical team members to coordinate and execute complex service tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Provide technical support and specialist advice to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.
- Act as a role model in relation to relevant health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements, adhering to internal processes and procedures.
- Document service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs, and inventory management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Identify new opportunities to expand service offerings, focusing on customer requirements and needs.
- A Grade Electrical License AND/OR Refrigeration Qualifications.
- Current Drivers License (we supply a Tool of Trade Vehicle).
- Previous experience in a similar Field Service or Maintenance position.
- Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required.
- A technical aptitude and a digital mindset that is engaged in new technologies.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem-solver/trouble-shooter.
- Demonstrated commitment to all things HSE and confident in identifying risks.
