Your Role
You will be working as a Merchandising Optimisation Analyst, partnering with various teams to enhance store efficiency and customer experience through data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Spearheading impactful merchandising optimisation strategies across Commercial and Merchandising & Customer Value
- Accountable user of our merch optimisation technology to create and govern action lists that produce store-specific space
- Providing influential recommendations grounded in strong analytics of merchandising principles and category performance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in relevant roles (e.g. merchandising, category analyst, data & insight analyst, finance analyst, pricing analyst)
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related subject, or equivalent professional experience
- Proficient understanding of Google & Microsoft systems, with intermediate Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting)
