Intelligence Analyst Role Overview

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring, assessing and investigating evidence, and contributing to the production of detailed reports in line with our Service Level Agreement requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in surveillance and desktop investigations, insurance litigation and/or law enforcement. They will also possess excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities, as well as strong computer skills and social media experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Desire to work in surveillance & desktop investigations;
  • Proven administration/secretarial experience (1-2 years);
  • Ability to prioritize, time manage and work autonomously;
  • Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities;
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Docs) as well as social media experience;
  • Professional and mature-minded manner;
  • Great customer focus and dedication;
  • A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy;
