Looking for a challenging opportunity to take your Civil Engineering career to the next level? We are seeking an Associate Civil Engineer to join our team in Melbourne.

This role is ideal for experienced professionals looking to expand their horizons and work on diverse projects. As an Associate Civil Engineer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts across various fields, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineering, town planning, environmental services, and surveying.

We require candidates with at least 6 years of experience working for consultancies in Australia. Previous experience with Civil 3D, designing pavements, footpaths, and foundations in supporting structural engineering teams is highly valued.

This is a strategic hire seeking to find civil engineers with ambitions to take on leadership roles and mentor junior team members. If you have a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects and a passion for continuous learning, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior engineers to manage key projects and develop innovative solutions
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and proposals

Requirements:

  • Associate Civil Engineer with at least 6 years of experience
  • Previous experience with Civil 3D and designing pavements, footpaths, and foundations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
