
Chief Railway Infrastructure Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in railway track and civil engineering, preferably with experience in freight and/or passenger railways within Western Australia or broader Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading production of technical deliverables for railway track and civil engineering, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
- Promoting innovation and implementing best engineering practices across various project stages.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex railway and civil infrastructure designs.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships, fostering business development opportunities.
- Contributing actively to a collaborative and friendly team culture.
Minimum 6 years of experience in railway track and civil engineering roles, including projects related to freight and/or passenger railways within WA or wider Australia.
Strong knowledge of railway planning and design, particularly track alignment, earthworks, and inter-relationship with drainage, geotechnical, and structural disciplines.
Knowledge of railway engineering elements, including electrified passenger railways, is highly regarded.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and membership of a relevant professional institution are required.
Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent overseas recognition is preferred.
