Job Title: Netball Program Manager

The Role:

Our organization seeks an experienced Netball Program Manager. This pivotal role provides a safe, professional, and well-organized Netball program for students. The position is responsible for developing netball syllabi and programs from recreation level through to elite levels. The Netball Program Manager will mentor coaches, driving attainment of shared goals. Additionally, this position will assist in administering smaller sport programs during non-peak Netball times.

Our Ideal Candidate:

You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities:

- Extensive experience and expertise in Netball
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within a high-performing netball program
- Expertise in developing training programs across all ability levels
- Netball coaching qualifications in line with current standards and requirements
- Current car driver's license
- Willingness to support the ethos and values of the organization
