Operational Assistant

The Team Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager Delivery and Head of Performance and Enablement, ensuring seamless operations across the business unit through coordination, communication, and adaptability.

About the Role
  • Provide administrative support to General Manager Delivery and Head of Performance and Enablement, and their teams, providing a range of administrative support functions across the business unit.
  • Manage day-to-day activities, including diary management, email organization, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings across different states, preparing presentations, reports, and collaborating with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support teams in onboarding new staff, including technology setup and induction-related activities.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly across different areas of the business unit to ensure smooth and efficient operations to meet deadlines.
  • Provide logistical support for cyclical events such as Half Year or Full Year Performance reviews, Employee Survey Action Plans, Team Meetings, etc.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a personal assistant gained in a corporate environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident demeanor and diplomacy with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects at any one time.
  • Strong customer focus and a team player willing to apply initiative in the work environment.
  • High level of maturity and professional presentation.
  • Excellent report production and presentation production skills.
  • Advanced skills and knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite.
