Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to administer and support our corporate systems, procure IT hardware and software, and ensure compliance with cyber security frameworks.

  • Administer and provide technical support for Microsoft 365 services, including configuration and maintenance.
  • Manage security settings such as multi-factor authentication, conditional access, and threat protection.
  • Implement data loss prevention and data retention policies across Microsoft 365.
  • Maintain and monitor sensitive networks to ensure performance, security, and uptime.
  • Ensure the physical and environmental security of the facility hosting sensitive IT infrastructure.
  • Comply with the Protective Security Policy Framework, Information Security Manual, and Essential Eight cyber security frameworks.
  • Provide level one and two technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage IT service requests and incidents via an internal ticketing system.
  • Procure IT hardware and software and coordinate with vendors for delivery and support.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and system upgrades with internal teams and external providers.

To be eligible for this role, you must be able to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
