About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the growth and success of our digital product offerings.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and expanding digital product lines, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance web development and UI/UX products to align with market needs and business goals.
  • Support the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets by providing strategic input, crafting proposals, and developing pricing models that maximise deal closure rates while maintaining profitability.
  • Accurately scope a range of projects, from ecommerce solutions to bespoke system and API integrations, ensuring all projects are profitable and aligned with client expectations.
  • Lead client consultations, including UX workshops and discovery sessions, offering expert guidance to define project goals and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements that enhance client satisfaction, conversion rates, and overall product profitability.
  • Manage the budget for product development, project costing, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient spending and maximum ROI.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities by expanding and enhancing existing services and developing new products that align with market demand.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistency between product vision and delivery.
  • Identify potential risks in product development and delivery, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain profitability and high client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, technical sales, or project scoping in web development and UI/UX design.
  • Proven track record in managing and expanding digital product lines, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Expertise in leading UX workshops, scoping ecommerce solutions, and developing bespoke system and API integrations.
  • Solid understanding of CRO strategies and customer experience optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills for accurate project scoping and risk management.
