Document Management Role

This leadership position involves overseeing document management activities across multiple projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating document governance, ensuring consistency and compliance in managing project records, providing leadership to document teams, and driving alignment with program-wide requirements.

Qualifications
  • Industry experience gained through a recognized certificate or degree in a STEM-related field, or specialized courses in document management, engineering, or related fields with 8-10 years of experience
  • 12-14 years of relevant work experience

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and technical skills, including proficiency in project document management, training and supervision of personnel, good oral and written communication skills, and knowledge of budgeting and cost management.

Responsibilities may also include performing other duties as directed by management.
