Financial Advisor Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on investment opportunities and managing their portfolios.

This is a full-time opportunity based in Sandringham, Victoria, Australia. The ideal candidate will have a Graduate Diploma or Degree equivalent in Financial Planning, strong sales acumen, and experience with face-to-face client interaction.

The successful applicant will also possess excellent numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay informed and comply with all relevant legislative, financial, procedural, and quality requirements.

You will be part of a dynamic team that offers career opportunities and progression, comprehensive product training, and industry-leading administration and compliance structures.

  • This role involves building and developing a bank of wealth management clients (B2C only).
  • Manage and support a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong communication with a personalized advisory approach.
  • Grow assets under management (AUM) by identifying client needs and recommending opportunities.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate Diploma or Degree equivalent in Financial Planning
  • Strong sales acumen and experience with face-to-face client interaction
  • Service-focused with strong numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with high net worth clients is desirable but not essential
