The OpportunityWe seek a Functional Design Product Owner to help design and support the development of features and technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- You will work within our Product team and closely with our Technology team, making a significant contribution.
- This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Melbourne or Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate Financial Advice work processes into user stories and functional specifications.
- Document requirements analysis and specifications to optimize design and development outcomes.
- Identify client requirements impacting system configurability and product sustainability.
- Define acceptance criteria for effective testing.
- Execute user acceptance testing to ensure business needs are met.
- Provide supporting documentation for product features.
- Manage competing resources and priorities.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap.
You will be someone with:
- Domain knowledge and experience in the wealth management sector.
- Understanding of and experience working with Salesforce.
- A background in paraplanning or advice and looking for a new challenge.
- A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology environments or projects.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them.
- Excellent planning, documentation, and time management skills.
