Leadership Opportunity: Product Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage our product support practice. This role requires strong technical knowledge of software development and support processes, as well as excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance and training to team members and other stakeholders. They will also act as an escalation point for customer enquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of product support specialists
  • Ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base to improve efficiency and effectiveness of future support
  • Providing technical guidance and training to team members and other stakeholders

Qualifications and experience required include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development and support processes
  • Experience leading a product support practice
  • Experience in ServiceNow

Job Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in technical support
  • Strong knowledge of software development and support processes
