We are seeking a dynamic Psychologist/Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team of allied health professionals, providing holistic services to assist injured workers in recovering at work and achieving independence.
As a key member of our team, you will undertake early intervention and psychological worksite assessments, medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services. Your role will involve delivering motivational and vocational counselling, as well as vocational assessments to support clients' wellbeing and purpose in life.
To succeed in this position, you will require:
- Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAA
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly desired but not essential
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done
- Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
- Current driver's license and vehicle
- Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
- The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
