We are seeking an experienced Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer to join our team at NRW Business. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the delivery of project elements, including treatment plants and network components, from concept design to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake client-side project management activities to drive a successful delivery, including schedule development, contractor procurement, and contract administration.
- Manage contractors and consultants' day-to-day activities.
- Coordinate design reviews and approvals from internal stakeholders.
- Work with Surveillance Officers to monitor contractor delivery and performance on the ground, ensuring contractor work compliance with Environmental Approvals.
- Review design and construction documents to ensure adherence with technical specifications, requirements of NRW Business, and Australian Standards.
- Address requests for information and requests for clarifications by the Contractor and ensure timely close outs.
- Liaise and interact with internal and external stakeholders to obtain permits and approvals.
- Participate in inspection, testing, and assessment of the adequacy, suitability, and conformance of deliverables by the Contractor and Subcontractors and Consultants in collaboration with Surveillance Officers and project manager.
We offer a competitive total remuneration package, including base salary, vehicle allowance, and other allowances, plus superannuation. Recruitment and re-location incentives are also available for these positions.
