Job Description


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Security Technician to join our tight-knit team based at Canberra Airport. This is an opportunity to be part of a supportive, social crew that genuinely has the best culture in the business.

The Role

">
  • Hands-on in the field, installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting security systems across both Minor Works and Major Projects.">
  • End-to-end delivery of Minor Works: meet the client, complete the install, and close the job.">
  • Contribute to larger Major Projects as part of a collaborative crew.">
  • Rotate across different project managers and sites, keeping the work varied.">
  • Maintain compliance, safety, and documentation standards.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

Minimum 5 years Australian Citizenship (NV1 Security Clearance eligibility required – we will support this). ACT Security Licence (or ability to obtain – we will support this). Drivers licence. White Card and Asbestos Awareness Card (or ability to obtain). Hands-on trade background – Security Technician, or Electrician/BMS tech cross-skilling. Construction site experience, following safety and working with PMs/trades. Strong communication, stakeholder skills, and attention to detail.
